We are invested into our community, and believe that everyone deserves to have their care needs met. We offer help to families and individuals looking to find professional care services for themselves, or for a loved one. Our services offers clarity to families who are looking for advice on making sure the necessary tasks are being implemented to their loved ones day to day routine so that they continue to thrive.
We also offer relief and peace of mind to families who cannot always be there to care for their loved one, due to their personal commitments or circumstances. We provide home care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, around the clock service to individuals who need assistance with every day living activities.

Our Company History
Our founder began this journey at an early age, caring for her grandmother alongside her family. After her grandmother’s passing she then decided to get into the health field professionally and experience what it was like from the professional stand point. She soon discovered her passion of helping others, along with opportunities to improve the Home Care industry.
For this reason, she decided to put her passion into action and soon founded Mālama Maika’i Health and Wellness Alliance. Since then, she has had the greatest time connecting with and getting to personally know all of the clients and team of care professionals. Our health has a direct impact on every other aspect in our lives, which is why we understand how important it is that peoples’ care needs are being met.
About Our Care Professionals
Each of our care professionals undergo a hiring process, and are selected based on their passion, experience, and qualifications. The most important skills we look for are integrity, reliability and compassion. Our caregivers are the heart and soul of our team, which is why we ensure we hire the right people.
We value not only having the most experienced and trustworthy caregivers on our team, but we also find it crucial to have a team that is harmonious with each other. Communication and teamwork are common practices between our care team and management team. These practices allow for us to maintain quality of care, and foster a positive work environment.
